Subhash has over 31 years of experience in the area of Management Consulting, System Reengineering, Statutory, Internal cum Management, Risk Audit, Taxation, valuations. He has been recognised by the clients for developing business method matching the strategies with the regulatory compliances. He has been instrumental in guiding clients in understanding and developing Internal Control Procedures / SOPs and preparing risk matrix.
Prior to joining VMCA, he has worked at senior positions with leading corporates in India wherein he has been appreciated for his contribution in managing the large infrastructure projects and leading the finance and accounts end to end basis including raising finance, Forex risk management, funds management, compliances etc.
